Using our support agent you can remotely connect to to any computers that you have been given access to.

If you don't already have access then feel free to submit a ticket and this can be arranged.

First time Setup


When you are setup on the system you will receive a welcome email.

Follow the instructions to set your password and configure MFA. This will require you to use an authenticator app such as the Microsoft Authenticator.


The first time you connect to a computer (see below) you will need to install the Ninja client.


Choose the 64-bit version (not applicable from a Mac). Once installed click to connect again.



Connect To A PC


Once you sign in you will see a list of the computers you have access to.


To connect to a device the status must show as Connected - otherwise make sure that the device is powered on and connected to the internet.


You connect to a computer by clicking on the screen icon as seen in the above screenshot. This will launch the viewer.
