Please find the instructions below to help you get setup to access Microsoft 365 for Problem Shared.

This will include your emails which are in Outlook, and your shared files (SharePoint) as well as Teams.


Getting signed in

You need to visit https://portal.office.com and login using your Problem Shared email. 

Do this on a computer not a mobile device.


You will be asked to setup the Microsoft Authenticator App which needs to be done on your mobile phone, it will guide you through the steps but if you need it check our full guide here:

Once you are signed in you can click on the grid in the top left corner to access the various applications.


Accessing your emails

Emails are in the Outlook application, if you want to go directly there you can go to https://outlook.office.com.


Your signature is set automatically by a cloud service called Exclaimer. Your name and personal information are taken directly from BOB (your HR system) so if these are incorrect please contact HR to update them.


Accessing your files

Problem Shared uses SharePoint to store company files, the best way to access this is through the web.


The first time you go to SharePoint you will need to search for "Company Docs" which you can then add to your favourites by clicking the star.


You can also browse directly to it by going to:

You can work on files directly in your browser, the list of files you see will depend on your role and the access you have.
